Shelf Companies

From time to time our clients need new company vehicles at very short notice to take on new ventures. This is why we keep a selection of "off the shelf" companies which are instantly available and do not require a significant amount of tailoring to meet our clients' needs. These are all called "Exchangelaw" and have a specified number e.g Exchangelaw (No.143) Limited. A change of name to something more user friendly costs £10 and is available within 7-10 days. However, Companies House have now slashed the cost of a same day change of name to £80 so clients can quite literally have the vehicle which they require at the drop of a hat.
