We are pleased to advise that the Corporate Team of Macdonald Henderson is one of four firms shortlisted for “Corporate Team of the Year” at The Law Awards of Scotland (in association with HR Consultancy) 2017, along with global/Scottish giants DLA Piper, Maclay Murray & Spens/Dentons and Shepherd + Wedderburn.

Following last year's success at the Law Awards (winning Team of the Year 2016), we are delighted to follow up that recognition with this nomination.

The nomination follows recent successes for the Macdonald Henderson Corporate Team:

Completion of over 35 deals this year (Q1 – Q3, January – September 2017) as reported to Business Insider including milestone transactions in key industry sectors such as whisky, engineering, financial services and technology.

- recognition once again as a top ranked Corporate Team by the Legal 500 Recommended Law Firm Guide 2017;

- recognition for key team members David Beveridge and Fraser Morrison, each maintaining their Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer status this year (2017);

We are grateful that the team’s efforts have been acknowledged by the Law Awards judging panel in this way.

We will revert with news of any success at the Law Awards ceremony next month, but in the meantime, we thank you for your continued support.
