Louise Hamilton recognised as a "Rising Star", 29th August 2011

Macdonald Henderson is pleased to announce that corporate solicitor, Louise Hamilton, a key player in the firm's corporate team, has been recognised as a "Rising Star" of the legal profession in Scotland by the Journal of the Law Society.

Candidates for the accolade were highlighted for "marking themselves out as future leaders in their field" and "showing qualities that make them stand out from their peers".

Louise joined the firm as a trainee in 2007 upon completing the Diploma in Legal Practice and having previously read law at the University of Glasgow, graduating in 2006. She continues to advise clients of the firm on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and has had in-depth involvement in several high profile transactions in 2011 including the disposals of Kelvin Connect Limited to Airwave Limited and Thistle International Freight Ltd to TPC Global, respectively.
