Macdonald Henderson has announced a new promotion within its award-winning legal practice.

Susan Bird has been appointed Associate Director within the firm's dynamic Glasgow team where her practical expertise spans the residential conveyancing, repossession, private client, family law and agricultural sectors.

A graduate in Law and English, Susan also spent time on the Isle of Skye as a general chamber solicitor and is currently studying for a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualification.

With a diverse range of experience across the country, Susan has carved out a track record of success, developing an expansive client base in the process. David Beveridge, managing director of Macdonald Henderson, said: "Susan has played an integral role in the recent growth of the firm and her development is testament not only to her professional ability and in depth knowledge but also to the sensitive nature with which she handles individual client matters."
