We are delighted to advise the appointment of Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer Stacy Campbell as Commercial Property director to Macdonald Henderson’s award winning team.

Recognised and recommended in this year’s Legal 500 guide as being “experienced in property investment and development, with particular knowledge of the hospitality and leisure sector”, Stacy joins the firm from respected Scottish law firm Lindsays WS where she was a director in commercial property.

A proven self-starter and business winner, Stacy has acted for a range of clients including owners, occupiers, investors and developers from individual operators to multinational corporations.

She has completed many deals during her career to date and some significant examples include her advising on the Scottish property aspects of the disposal of a casino business for over £100 million and the Scottish property aspects of the sale of a leisure business for a sum in excess of £200 million.

Managing Director David Beveridge commented:
“We are proud to welcome Stacy to our firm.

Stacy has a terrific profile in the Scottish legal property market, and embodies the key qualities of energy, commitment and technical ability which we seek to represent in all our interactions.

We continue to observe opportunities for growth in our key practice areas as well as a continued positive sentiment towards investment and growth within our client base and the wider advisory community.

We are grateful for Stacy’s choice of our firm for her future career and for the continued support of our clients, contacts and friends in business".
